Travel Grant Guidelines
Who can receive a travel grant?
The grant is given to a young investigator (< or = 40 years) who submitted an abstract, was selected for an Oral Presentation at the BWGE and is coming from a country outside Belgium.
Deadline for submission of the request of a grant: December 10th, 2024
Deadline for acceptance from BWGE Executive Committee: December 18th, 2024
4 travel grants can be awarded
The travel grant implies a budget of €750 for travel and hotel costs.
The participant should collect the grant at the end of the congress at the registration desk: (Anne-France De Meyer & Sarah Mascaux).
